Why I love and admire these men
These are 4 of oregons most fascinating men. Dad and his partner, Bill Colson, according to congressional testimony in 2001, have more than 4 billion in real estate. That number might be over 5 billion now. Very impressive for 2 guys who have difficulty travelling because one is a devout 7th day adventist (sabbath) and the other is a devout Mormon. When they are in Bills leer jet they have to hurry for the weekend. It cracks me up
Congratz to Bill for beating cancer (colon). You are my role model Bill. We both have ankylosing spondylitis, which is hard to live with.
The team of Mike Elton and Bill Colson is based on character. They make peoples lives better by giving them a nice home to retire to...with lots of friends. Holiday Retirement Corporation is a thing of beauty in both business and the spirit of doing good in your community. Way to go dad and Bill.

Bill Colson passed away earlier this year. 10,000 people attended his amazing funeral in Salem, Oregon.
As in life, Bill had immacualte timing. Bill (and dad) sold Holiday Retirement Corp. for 6.7 billion in January.
There will be a special tribute to Bill at Christmas this year....Stay Tuned
(in 1984, after graduating form Lakeridge, I went to work for Bill in Boise, Idaho and later at Orem/BYU in Utah)
